55th Annual Day Celebrations @ MGCV
55th School Day was celebrated on 3rd February 2024 with great fervour. The programme began with divine invocation. Dr R Mathurubootham welcomed the gathering by introducing our chief guest and his achievements. He congratulated the students for their outstanding achievements. He proudly stated that the students can attain great heights by their hard work. Our Secretary Sri S Ravindran honoured the distinguished chief guest Sri Anand Pitchaikani, Managing Director, Modelon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Trichy. The annual report was presented by our Principal Mrs A Poorna. The chief guest addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of education and motivated the children to dream and gradually achieve the same.
The toppers of various standards for the Academic year 2022-23 were glorified by our chief guest. The students who received gold, silver and bronze medal in the olympiad examinations were awarded with Rs.5000, Rs. 3000 and Rs. 2000 respectively. The teachers who produced centum in Tamil and Mathematics were also awarded. The management also awarded the students who did not absent themselves even for a day.
The function ended with the Vote of thanks by Master Raja Santhakumar – School Pupil Leader of our Vidyalaya.
